It is shown delivered but my customer has not received the package

Sometimes the package shown “delivered” but the customer does not find it. Please advise your customer to take some actions below:

  • Carefully check the mailbox, surroundings and ask the neighbor
  • If the customer live in the apartments, buildings or complex, etc, double check the nearby parcel lockers/mailbox, mail center or ask the building guards
  • Check the camera
  • Contact the local post office for detailed information

If there is still no information about the package, you can contact our support team for a replacements; attaching the photos of your customer’s feedback.
