How to issue a replacement or refund for an order

If there’s an issue with your product, you can create an issue ticket on Gearment app. Our support team will receive, check and respond on that ticket and notify you back. Please ensure that order is still within30 days of delivery and you have to attach full required information on your issue ticket as stated below:

  • Select the order ID
  • Choose type of issue
  • State more details
  • Number of items affected
  • Attach image of the product
  • Select the solution (replacement/refund)
