Can I ship to multiple locations?

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place separate orders for each shipping address.

The shipping address is also unable to be changed once it’s already shipped out.

  1. It takes too long and my order has not been delivered

  • Please help check the payment date for your order on Gearment app and the shipping date of the order
  • Compare the shipping method of your order and the shipping time
